Paired with any transfection reagent, AAV Enhancer delivers higher titers for recombinant adeno-associated virus production.
Product Usage
Thaw AAV Enhancer and mix well prior to use and ensure the solution is completely thawed. Refer to the AAV enhancer for approximate thaw at room temperature and 37°C for each volume.
Perform transfection per transfection reagent manufacturer’s recommendations. Add 0.1-1 μL of AAV Enhancer to 1 mL of transfected cell at 0.5h~1.5h post transfection for recommendation.
Harvest AAV as appropriate for your process, typically 48-72 hours after transfection.

The addition of AAV enhancers can significantly increase the production capacity of AAV9-GFP combination with various transfection reagents. Based on the data of HEK293 suspension cells, AAV Enhancer can increase the titer of AAV genomes by 1.3 to 4.6 times paired with various transfection reagents.
The addition time of AAV enhancers could affect the increasing the production capacity of AAV9-GFP. Based on the data of HEK293 suspension cells, addition of AAV Enhancer post transfection can increase the titer of AAV genomes.
