pAAV6.2FF
AAV packaging plasmid expressing AAV2 Rep protein and AAV6.2FF capsid protein
AAV6.2FF is an engineered lung tropic capsid (F129L, Y445F, and Y731F) that efficiently transduces both the murine lung and fetal human lung slices. This capsid differs from AAV6 by three amino acids—F129L, Y445F, and Y731F—which enhance its transduction and immune evasion capabilities while promoting localized gene expression in the lung following intranasal administration.
