pAAV-B1
AAV packaging plasmid expressing AAV2 Rep protein and AAV-B1 capsid protein
Systemic injection of AAV-B1 vector (A24D、Q84K、A98V、L129F、P148Q、R152E、T157S、S223N、L235M、A268S、Q412E、T414S、T416Q、T452S、N458R、T461Q、G463L、G467A and F502S of AAV8) in adult mice and cat resulted in widespread gene transfer throughout the CNS with transduction of multiple neuronal subpopulations. In addition, AAV-B1 transduces muscle, β-cells, pulmonary alveoli, and retinal vasculature at high efficiency. This vector is more efficient than AAV9 for gene delivery to mouse brain, spinal cord, muscle, pancreas, and lung.
