pAAV Cap.Mac
AAV packaging plasmid expressing AAV2 Rep protein and AAV Cap.Mac capsid protein
AAV Cap.Mac is a variation (21-bp insertion after Q588) of AAV9 capsid. Transfers genes throughout the CNS with an efficiency that is at least 40-fold greater than that of the current AAV9 and transduces the majority of astrocytes and neurons across multiple CNS regions.
