Single B cell antibody is a newly developed approach for rapidly discovering monoclonal antibodies from single B cells. Each B cell can produce only one antibody with defined specificity and a pair of fully functional heavy and light chains. Monoclonal antibodies can be generated by the direct amplification of genes encoding the VH and VL regions from a single B cell.
